What do Free and Pro include?
There is one paid plan, Pro, and a Free plan that does not expire. Live Mode, band sync, song search and English-letter lyrics are on both. The full feature list shows what each feature needs.

On Free, setlists you own beyond the limit open view-only. You can still perform from them in Live Mode; you cannot edit them until you upgrade.
How does the trial work?
A 7-day Pro trial starts the first time you sign in. No card is asked for. When it ends, the account moves to Free and nothing is deleted. If you buy Pro during the trial, the unused trial time is added to the period you paid for.
Who in the band has to pay?
The band leader, and only if the leader needs more than the Free plan. Members join the leader's setlist free and get Live Mode and band sync. A shared setlist never counts toward a member's own Free limit. Each member needs a free account.
When does Pro pay for itself on tips?
This section applies if your audience tips you through StageFloww. Tips and paid requests pay out in India only. Outside India you can still take free song requests.
On Free, StageFloww keeps 15% of each tip or paid request. On Pro, and during the trial, the fee is 0%. So Pro pays for itself in any month where the fee you would have paid on Free is more than the price of Pro.
- Pro billed yearly costs ₹333 a month. Divide that by the 15% fee and the break-even is about ₹2,220 of tips and paid requests a month.
- Pro billed monthly costs ₹499 a month. The same sum gives about ₹3,330 a month, rounded.
Above those figures Pro costs less than the fee. Below them, Free costs less, and you can stay on it. If you do not take money from the audience at all, the fee never applies, and the reason to pay is the setlist and song limits. The default minimum for a paid request is ₹50, and you can change it. Can I pay from outside India?
Yes, by card through Razorpay. Outside India, Pro is charged by card in your region's currency: US$79.99 a year in the United States, £64.99 in the UK, €79.99 in euro countries and A$119.99 in Australia. Other countries pay in US dollars, between US$14.99 and US$79.99 a year depending on the country. You see the exact price for your country before you pay. In India, Pro is ₹499 a month or ₹3,999 a year, and you can also pay by UPI or netbanking.
StageFloww is not the cheapest option outside India.
How do cancelling and refunds work?
Cancel any time from Billing. A refund is given only within 48 hours of your first paid charge, and only if no Pro feature was used. There are no refunds for part of a billing period. Tips and paid requests are not refundable. The full wording is in the refund policy.
